Shipping And Handling Orders from within the UK are subject to standard postage charges (see below) and are usually despatched within seven working days.

Orders from outside of the UK may take a little longer, and delivery charges will usually go on the weight of the item(s). Please contact us for further details.
Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours. When this is not always possible we will normally get your order to you within 7 working days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Returns Policy If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us with your invoice and receipt for a full refund (minus postage) within 7 days, provided that it is received in the condition that it was sent out.
